This Refund and Returns Policy applies to purchases made from Sultan Nawab Khan Phones Trading LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) through this website. Please read it carefully before placing an order.
Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals and free gifts included.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety and warranty reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened or activated. These include in-ear earphones and earbuds, SIM cards and activated mobile data products, software or digital licences, gift cards, and any item that has been physically damaged or modified after delivery.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you, subject to inspection.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, email us at info@sultanllc.ae with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will respond with return instructions. Please do not send items back before receiving confirmation from us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days. Original shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
